For some clients, we work traditionally, as an external advisor for each and every entrusted assignment.
Most recently, many clients value our role in running their virtual legal department, the ultimate outsourcing, i.e we take care of all legal issues in the regular course of their business. Usually we co-operate with other professionals, and instruct local and foreign experts that are best suited for a specific case.
Either method has contributed to our gaining experience in working with start-up companies, as well as well-established corporations within the biotech, pharmaceutical and IT fields, universities and research centers.
